The outlook for Slovakia grows ever more positive.  EU membership, continued growth in key manufacturing sectors and the government’s recent move towards an aggressive new tax regime are all helping to make Slovakia an attractive country for M&A activity as well as greenfield investment.
For over ten years we have advised both international and domestic companies on their activities in CEE – whether it’s a large-scale transaction or advice on day-to-day activities. We have been advising clients in Slovakia since 1991, and we work with Bratislava colleagues from the associated law firm of JUDr. Jaroslav Ružička together with Austrian colleagues from CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz Rechtsanwälte GmbH.
