We established a presence in Bucharest in 1999 and since then have worked with a wide range of clients in areas such as privatization, banking, corporate, real estate, pensions, insurance and taxation.
The Bucharest office merged with Eastern European commercial law firm Hayhurst Robinson in April 2006. The merger reflects our commitment to the growing Central and Eastern European market and strengthens our ability to serve our clients in Romania and across the region.
