What the training covers
There’s an ongoing training programme for all our qualified fee-earners that’s designed to develop your knowledge, hone your skills and give you the opportunity to ‘grow’.
Three structured programmes
1. Legal and Commercial Skills Passport
Our Legal and Commercial Skills Passport scheme is for all our newly-qualified solicitors. The focus is on developing your legal skills and commercial acumen so that you can provide our clients with a broad range of legal advice and business solutions.
2. Excel Programme
Once you’ve been qualified for two years, our Excel programme will help you develop the business and management skills you’ll need to become a leading lawyer. - from people and project management skills to client consulting skills.
3. Senior Solicitor Development Programme
When you have five years’ experience under your belt, you can develop your expertise even further on our Senior Solicitor Development Programme. It’s open to all senior solicitors and offers one-to-one development coaching that’s supported by a range of training modules, from winning new business to leading and managing a profitable practice.
