It’s a seven day course largely aimed at management consultants, accountants and lawyers; most practice group managers here are encouraged to attend.
It was an inspirational course which was both highly stimulating and intellectually challenging. I also found it very practical, as it taught me many valuable things about leadership, strategy, people management and communication skills, all of which are extremely relevant to me in my day-to-day work as a practice group manager.
