Making sense of pensions law and its application is what we’re all about. We work with employers and trustees of pension schemes that vary in size from a few million to several billion pounds. We also work alongside some of the largest firms of administrators, actuaries, consultants, brokers and professional trustees.
You’ll also find us advising on the pensions aspects of mergers and acquisitions with our corporate colleagues and joining forces with colleagues in our specialist financial services team to advise on regulatory matters, fund management and personal pensions mis-selling issues.
Our mission to bring clarity to pensions law has led us to publish a plain English guide to UK pensions legislation as well as analysing and interpreting the work of the Pensions Ombudsman. We also provide trustees with specialist training on their roles and responsibilities.
