- a UK bank in relation to its ability to enforce its security in the UK in light of the Chapter 11 bankruptcy of Regus Plc, culminating in a successful court action in New York
- a German investment bank in long running litigation relating to the bank's investment in a large-scale farming project in Zambia and its ability to enforce its security rights over the property
- an American manufacturer defending and pursuing claims arising from defective components which caused catastrophic failure of the equipment in use
