Ofcom’s proposals in relation to how they envisage setting spectrum charges in the future are set out in their document "SRSP: The revised Framework for Spectrum Pricing" ("SRSP") which was published on 29 March 20102 and they seek responses to their proposals by 21 June 2010.  This note briefly summarises Ofcom's proposals.
