Financial institutions - regulatory zone

Law-Now
03.09.2010

The RegZone is aimed at regulated financial institutions of all kinds.  It is also directly relevant to directors and employees who are individually regulated by FSA.  It is of interest to regulators and to other bodies involved with financial regulation.  Please click here to watch our introductory RegZone video.

You can navigate the RegZone by sector - this enables you to look at issues relevant to a particular sector; click on the relevant sector below to find materials relevant to your part of the industry. On each page you will find a regulatory outlook for 2010, which sets out the key issues for your sector. Each page also directs you to a host of more detailed analyses of the topics relevant to your area.

Topic list - you can also browse our topic list covering a wide range of regulatory issues relevant to financial institutions. You can select any topic of interest to view the detailed materials and tools on that subject, including ARROW; client assets and living wills; corporate governance (including reform of remuneration regulation); FSA investigations and enforcement; regulation in Europe and many more.
