Electronic auctions can now be operated on a grander scale, thanks to a new internet platform launched last week by the Polish Public Procurement Office.
Users are required to register but use of the platform is free.
The new platform will encourage greater use of e-tenders, make them more transparent and achieve significant cost-savings.
