CMS, in conjunction with mergermarket, is proud to present a report on Technology, Media & Telecoms (TMT) in Central & Eastern Europe (CEE).

The report provides readers with an in-depth insight into CEE M&A activity in the TMT sector, as well as deal makers’ views on TMT outsourcing and IP audits.

It contains a straw poll of senior TMT executives; some of the findings include:

over 70% believe that current market volatility will not lead to a decrease in TMT M&A flows in CEE.
22% of respondents will consider outsourcing a recently acquired operation.
80% think that IP auditing is an important issue.
