There are seven papers dealing with PPP. The contents are the following:
Paper 1 – This paper is a good overview and introduction what PPPs involve.
Paper 2 – This paper reviews Privatisations and early private sector financing as well as the lessons learnt from the development of PPPS in the UK.
Paper 3 – In this paper we analyse what can go wrong if a PPP project is inadequately prepared for and consider a methodology to avoid pitfalls.
Paper 4 – In this paper we further address how the pitfalls relating to the Benefit Cards Agency set out in the previous paper might be avoided through reviewing the approach of the Dutch Government.
Paper 5 – In this paper, the contractual matrix and the importance of the project agreement is reviewed.
Paper 6 – In this paper, consideration is given to the development and implementation of a procurement process
Paper 7 – In this paper, we review the processes during the tendering procedure.
