Who can register?

Due to the nature of the information provided by PEMN, we are restricted by law (The Financial Services & Markets Act 2000) as to who is eligible to register.

If you reside OUTSIDE the United Kingdom

  • any named person can register
If you reside WITHIN the United Kingdom, you can register only if you are a person who falls within:
  • Article 19(5) ("Investment professionals")

    and/or

  • Article 49(2)(a) to (d) ("High net worth companies etc")

of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Financial Promotion) Order 2005.

If you think that you satisfy one of the above criteria, please click the Apply button below and complete the form. Your details will be sent to our PEMN Co-ordinator who will review your application and will confirm via email whether your application has been accepted.
